PSL 6 postponement is shocking and heartbreaking news for the cricket fans. The cricket on a bigger level was being organized in Pakistan in a full swing despite the COVID threats.
As like PSL 2020, the PSL 2021 has been organized entirely in Pakistan. The management earlier allowed 20% of the watchers in the stadiums but with the craze immersing, the PCB decided to allow 50% of the watchers.
Everything was going fine until Wahab Riaz and Darren Sammy broke the bio-secure bubble. Peshawar Zalmi’s head coach and the captain went to meet a team official without notifying the management.

As a punishment, they were expected to be in quarantine for the next three days. Having PZ vs LQ the very next day bio-bubble was breached, the Zalmi squad denied entering the stadium without a coach and captain.
The PCB was remaining with no clue but to let Wahab, Sammy enter breaking the board’s own rules and regulations for COVID. A few days later, one of United’s players turned out to be COVID positive, and the revelation named Fawad.
With the passing days, a couple of positive cases got recorded creating immense threats for the PSL to move further. The management got no option but to call PSL off temporarily.

Notably, only three COVID positive players cannot be the reason for calling the event off. Salman Iqbal, the owner of the Karachi Kings has claimed that there were people on-field who were out of the bio-bubble.
He added that there were too many lapses and the COVID regulations were hardly followed as per his eyes witnessed. Notably, the players are getting back to their homes and the tentative calendar will be revealed sooner for reorganizing the PSL 6.
The things do not lay in ones’ hand but there are multiple figures responsible for the rising threats. The players, the PCB management, the franchises, all of them are responsible for the circumstances as of now.

Other than that, one of the TV sources informed that there were marriages being held in the players’ hotels. It means the crowded places have let the virus inside bringing threatening situations.
