MS vs PZ: What was a mess?

The fifth encounter of the HBL PSL 6 took place between the Multan Sultans and Peshawar Zalmi at the National Stadium, Karachi. Both the team put equal efforts to grasp the triumph as they had earlier lost their inaugural matches.

Sultan’s first defeat came against Islamabad United. They could have resisted the second but is now two back-to-back defeats for the Rizwan-led team. On the other hand, Zalmi, after facing taunts on the inaugural defeat in the hands of Qalandars, were looking out of the game but the batsmen stole the show.

Tom Kohler-Cadmore deserves the major of the credits but the unlucky lad was gone on 53. The game was commenced ahead by Haider Ali and Shoaib Malik to end with triumph – first for Zalmi in HBL PSL 6.
