CSA added announcing,

“AB de Villiers finalizes international retirement. Discussions with AB de Villiers have concluded with the batsman deciding once and for all, that his retirement will remain final.”

It is to be noted that the fans doubt his retirement considering it as ‘politics’ seeking De Villiers’ plan to return to the team. On the other side, a few also believe it as a good decision as he first took retirement and was fully available to play for the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the IPL.
