The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the six HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL) franchises have given a green signal to commence the PSL 7 by early 2022.
The two mobs met via a teleconference on Friday. Whilst concluding the mutual decision, the event is finalized to progress by early January terminating in February.
The meeting was staged by the CEO Wasim Khan, Chief Operating Officer Salman Naseer, GM Commercial Imran Ahmed Khan, and PSL Senior General Manager Operations Usman Wahla.
The two parties also pleaded the commercial rights cycle setting a framework for rights evaluation and their subsequent sale.
PCB announces good news for PSL fans
The franchises representatives, Salman Iqbal and Tariq Wasi (both Karachi Kings), Sameen Rana (Lahore Qalandars), Haider Azhar (Multan Sultans), Nadeem Omar (Quetta Gladiators), Nausherwan Effendi (Peshawar Zalmi), and Ali Naqvi (Islamabad United) attended the meeting.
Notably, the PSL 6 has recently been coiled up, and now the fans already cheer up for the seventh edition of the extravagant league.
