Pakistan are scheduled to play the third and final ODI on 7th April which is going to be the deciding game between South Africa and Pakistan.
As the series is leveled by 1-1, both teams will be struggling to clinch the three-match ODI series trophy. Notably, in all the two games coiled up, the hosts have been struggling immensely missing team efforts.
Always being relying on a few of their players, the rest of the players failed to perform as usual. Pakistan lost the second One-Day International despite Fakhar Zaman’s bombastic 193 off 155 balls.
The loss was a consequence of delayed team efforts. Also, in the first ODI, opening, and mid-order collapsed. The two inconsistent batsmen, Shadab Khan and Asif Ali, upon which the team relies in the mid-overs, are failing since the last few games.
Pak vs SA: Usman Qadir or Shadab Khan, who will play the third ODI?
The PCB probably may swipe Shadab and Asif’s services with Usman Qadir’s leg-spin sensation and Haider Ali’s bat knocks respectively.
Other than this, Sarfaraz Ahmed has fewer chances to feature in the ongoing series despite the regular availability of Mohammad Rizwan.
