Multan Sultans have announced Ottis Gibson as their assistant and fast bowling coach for the seventh edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL 2022).
Gibson, the former West Indies cricketer, holds an extravagant experience in coaching. At first, he mentored the home side from 2010-14. The tenure also counts the ICC T20 World Cup 2012 as the men in maroon their first-ever T20 World Cup title.
In later times, the bowler worked with the England Cricket Team as the pace bowling coach twice from 2007-10 and from 2015-17. Next, he was appointed by Cricket South Africa (CSA) from 2017-19.
Currently, he is associated with Bangladesh Cricket Team as the fast bowling coach. He will soon travel to Pakistan to join the Sultans squad ahead of PSL 2022.
The marquee event is set to kick-start from 27th January and will terminate on 27th February.
